Hey everyone. Thanks for reading. Well, 2 days ago I went to the gym to begin working out again. I’m rather skinny, not the most muscular of figures you could say. The last time I worked out was around August/September then after that my schedule got crammed. Now with some free time I hit the gym again. I did my usual dumbbell curls, and I noticed when I finished that I got major pain around the part of the arm where your biceps and forearm meet. The opposite of where your elbow is if you understand what I mean. Now, I can’t even fully extend either arm without some struggle and pain for the past couple days. I thought it would get better, but when I put ice and certain creams on it, the pain diminishes only momentarily for a good 15-20 minutes and then it returns. Any advice? I really hope this isn’t a tendinitis of some sort or anything. Any suggestions are welcome, thank you.
