I lost a good 20-30 pounds last year, but it’s come to a halt.
I make sure to hit all the food groups in all 3 meals, with particular emphasis on fruits, vegetables, fish and other white meats and drinking a lot of water (about 80 ounces per day).
But I am still stuck at 150-some pounds, and for a woman who stands at 5 feet and two inches, that’s bad.
It’s also frustrating because I don’t drink any sodas, take the stairs as opposed to the elevator, I walk everywhere, I swim for 30 minutes everyday and yet I’m still not getting ANYWHERE.
I would so happy if I was at 136 pounds, because at least then I would be in the “safe zone”, but it feels like I will NEVER get there!
Help me out? What can I do?
